FYI - I wear size XL gloves, and I was able to do it. It's not exactly a fun job, but you only have to do it once. The videos and guides are definitely helpful. For sure, do the fuse tap for power while you're down there. That part is dead easy, though.

Thanks every one. documentation and videos are very helpful. after watching a few I am worried about my fingers not fitting into tight spaces , its a real problem. Wonder if anyone who already installed locally can help
While I don’t have huge hands, I do wear size L gloves, and I was able to get the job done. There are tricks that help with access. In my case, I was able to get the harness connector inserted into the AXM, without actually getting my hand all the way back in there. In a previous post, I documented my experience and the one thing I did that made the job waaaay easier, for me, at least. Not sure this will be the solution for everybody, as it may depend on the harness wiring that one has. In the attached photo, you can see that the black wires sheathing snugs up pretty close to the connector. This restricts the amount of bend one can get. Cut back that black sheathing a bit and it will work a whole lot better. See link below for my previous post. ✌

My Comma 4 gets here next week, hoping to install it Friday and use it the week after on a road trip. I didn't buy the Lukas harness as I figured I can always add it later on. Going to run just openpilot at first and see how things go.

I really only want the Comma for road trips for the long boring stretches (bunch of roads north of where I live that aren't mapped for highway assist.

I'll drop an update at some point on how the install goes.

Question - For the fuse taps, are you guys just cutting the power wire out of harness and then soldering/crimping it to a basic fuse tap?

Using a fusetap and making the power wire modification to the harness is covered in the document below on pages 10-13.
