It tends to be; especially with PPF, there's a chance edges either won't adhere properly during initial installation, so they can be finished up the next day, together with anything else that might have popped up.
Well we might be a little bias ? it’s a bit of a tedious install (not difficult, just takes a while) but the end result looks good if your going for a total blackout.
As mentioned above, still available by special order, we’re just not allowed to have them on the site. I’m out of town for a couple of days, but the link in my signature below should help, one of the team can get you taken care of. We supply a lot of wrap shops, the letters generally come of...
No surprise, and that sucks, you'll end up taking a ding on your insurance no matter what. This is becoming a real issue these days (maybe it's been an issue for ages, don't know). Based on a quick AI search, Mississippi and Michigan are the two worst states for uninsured drivers (29% & 25%...
That sucks, and yeah, Altima's are one of a handful of cars just best avoided, or at least, entirely untrusted (together with Civic's, Chrysler 300's and any 90's-era Caravan's still chugging along, normally in a well-weathered dark green or champagne metallic (with the sparkles long gone, of...
yeah. Based on the install video at around 8:30 in, the side emblems are about an inch off the panel fold, and 2" from the leading edge of the door. I think as long as they're in about the right spot, and the same spot on both side, it would look great. We don't have our R1T at the moment...
Yeah, I was chatting this over with Christal earlier. I looked around online, there's no guidelines I can find anywhere. I know I saw a thread somewhere where another owner provided the basic measurements, but I've not been able to find that. Hoping someone else can jump in with a couple of...
Had this occur the other day in the garage. Wiped the sensors with an alcohol wipe, all good after. There didn't appear to be anything major on the sensors, no giant bugs or anything, but either way, it worked, and no re-occurrence.
Hmm. No real plans. The iPhone screen protector market is beyond saturated, so it's almost impossible to get a worthwhile foothold. Because of the extra processing, the minimum order quantities are quite high, and phones upgrade once a year, so the whole thing becomes a bit of a pain to manage...
It's all we use. In addition, our glass is aluminosilicate (i.e. the same as just about every cellphone) as opposed to soda/lime (basic glass). Spigen, and every other glass protector I'm aware of, is made from soda/lime glass.
There's a lot of differences, but the main one is in manufacturing...
This is a bit of a plug, but we have an option that's tinted in daylight, but clear at night. The photos are all real, but they're also a bit tricky to get, the cameras try to get smart with light and contrast, the sun changes etc etc. If you scroll down this page, you'll see some sliders to...
I'm sure they get a great deal, but based on normal (Stealth) wholesale prices from Xpel, I'd guestimate they're using ~$600-800 of material for an R1T, maybe ~$800-1000 for an R1S. All the sections are pre-cut and optimized for easy install, so I would think a good installer (plus helper for...
