Does the configurator in your account not have Standard battery as an option and only Standard+ ? I'm thinking that might be why there's a difference with the regular website and your account configurator.

Most likely a VIN is being matched on the back end. See if maybe your Guide can see that VIN or not

I asked my Guide about that awhile ago and they told me a TSA-approved lock can fit it. Weird how they chose TSA approved locks but I guess if it can fit suitcase zippers then they can fit the handle too lol

When you lose access to the shop, it usually means a vehicle was matched to your preorder. If that happened when you had the underbody shield selected, most likely that the vehicle they're trying to match to you also has it. Probably best to talk to your Guide and see what the timeline is
