Enclosure for Rivian Wall Charger

I have a carport, rather than a garage. For several reasons, I'd like to enclose my Rivian charger in a box that can be locked; and is large enough to allow the 24ft of cable to be stored inside.

Has anyone done this. And can you tell me where you acquired the box?
Also, I'm wondering if the box needs to be non metallic; to allow the WiFi connection.

The charger’s exterior is safe to touch and non conductive. I would be very surprised if adding a lockbox to enclose it would make the lockbox into a terminally theft-proof device. Off the shelf lockboxes are available. Google search “EVSE lockbox”. You just have to make sure internal dimensions are right for Rivian’s.

There's also a hole in the handle's latch where you can fit a small padlock into it so that it can't be unlatched from the charger's dock

I asked my Guide about that awhile ago and they told me a TSA-approved lock can fit it. Weird how they chose TSA approved locks but I guess if it can fit suitcase zippers then they can fit the handle too lol

Very happy with it so far. Roomy, heavy duty, and well designed). Electrician mounted it when doing my wiring for the charger.
And I got Tesla's Universal Wall Connector (charger). Same capacity as the Rivian charger, and it has both NACS and J1772 plugs. So my son can charge his Tesla, and I can charge my (soon to arrive) R1S.

Lots of level 2 chargers can be locked in the app like a juice box. Some allow third party billing/sharing like autel. Doesn't help if someone is wanting to rip it off the wall or cut the end off for copper though.
