If you fire everyone, you can selectively rehire the goods ones back and get rid of the deadwood. I’ve been through the process myself in the past. Not fun, but can be an effective process.

I have the 22” tire/wheels. At 19k I replaced the Pirelli’s with Continental Terrain Contact H/T’s. I now have 7k miles on them and they have been exceptional. Ride nice, quiet, same or no difference in efficiency, 70k mile warranty. At 7k they have worn 1/32, so potentially will last 50k+...
I have 22” tires…replaced at 19k with Continental terrain contact H/T. They have a 70k mile warranty. With 6k on them now, very little wear and a great tire. These should last a long time vs OEM’s.
I’m sure Jim Farley in making a great deal with Tesla got priority for Ford.. Ford is already booked out till September to get an adapter. At Rivian, as they are laying off significant numbers of people, every $ counts.
I chatted with Rivian this morning. They said we may not get adapters until next year! I would bet cost saving will be a reason for Rivian to drag their feet on these.
