What do you mean by "enclosure was not mounted at the diagonal point"? Our vehicles might be different if they changed something in the factory. Mine is a 10,xxx vin number. The vent was just remove a nut and then wrestle it out. You have to bend and pull it. I may have been able to remove the...
It's a digital buss type system as far as I know. Like A2B. It saves weight and other advantages. There are some adapters out there, but they are specific to each vehicle. Like this one.

So did you turn counter clockwise to go down? The image seems opposite of what it does. I turn mine to the left-counter clockwise-towards the U and the light moves further down.
I are confused.
I don't use kneel very often on mine. I wonder if the rear clutch might make some noise. I might play with conserve mode a little to see if does anything. Just a guess. Mine makes the noise maybe 1/3 rd of my drives.
Yes. Mine has done that from the beginning. It's usually when I'm driving into/out of the driveway, and it does it when parked occasionally. Kinda sounds like tapping on a small pot, or a cowbell with a sock in it. I will just ignore it until something breaks I guess. I would like to know what...
I also had similar results. Same AAC codec, bit rate etc... I think I had album art working on one device I tried but also had inaccurate track listings shown on the screen.
As far as using BT audio I do have a decent setup now. I'm using my old LG phone as a dedicated music player for the R1...
It looks like a good products and I'm fine with no logo. The issue is the buttons. You can't make them out very well in low light. That's why so many people have been painting them. I like that the large hook is gone.
Yeah I keep my cover with the back propped up on that little ledge so air can cool the amp. So far I'm happy with it.
More info on this thread if you have not seen it.

Hard to say. Going to the front, the minimum would be unbolt and lean back the seat, pry up the plastic cover. I had to remove the second row, bottom panel (the one you would step on). Then I was able to use fishtape and get my wires under/behind all panels/carpet. Not sure if there is a better...
All of the audio is speaker level so you will need an adapter or amplifier that works with that signal. I took my signal wiring directly to the audio unit, under the seat. I did not follow the sub wires but they might(?) pass thru the spare tub area on either side. Lots of connectors in there...
They supposedly pay attention to social media as well so when ever Rivian/RJ post something on X, I try to send a friendly reply with something like "Great software update..... you saved my marriage ... blah blah blah, please add USB Audio. We know you can do it!"
You are welcome to beat my dead horse. Might not do any good but I'm trying anything.

That's funny. Or not. I just did a chat with Rivian service to see what they would say. I told them my battery lasted about 5 weeks and asked if that was normal. They gave a canned response about depends on the usage and age of the battery. I get that but I would think 4-6 weeks would be...
