Okay. Here you go. Have fun :)
You need a crimp tool for the contacts. Mine is 30 years old, so you might try one of these ICrimp tools Amazon has. I have not tried them but they look similar. Search for contact crimp tool...
Well that depends on your skill level and what you are comfortable doing. Most of the time I would cut and solder the new wires inline and heat shrink it. That is the least bulky way. But if you just don't want to cut anything, you can do what I did. You have to buy the same connector they used...
Yes that makes sense. If the new amp is placed in the back and you wanted to use all four doors as an signal input, then you would need 16 total wires run from the factory harness/amp, to the new amp. 8 for signal input and 8 to power the door speakers. And right you would cut the factory wires...
It's just speaker out, one pair for each speaker for most of them. So the box under the seat is the multi channel amplifier that receives a digital signal from some other computer box, in the dash I guess. So you have to use speaker level for any amp you want to add. Does that make sense?
Not sure if I understand your question. You can access all of the speaker wires leaving the factory amp under the seat. There is no "line in", preamp level signal. For example, I grabbed the sub speaker outputs and sent them to a new amp, and modified the door and dash factory speaker signal. So...
Just FYI. They used Meridian speakers in the non-Meridian vehicle for while, if you have not verified. Mine is post Meridian and I have seen maybe 5 or 6 drivers, and they all have Meridian labels on them.
I have used the Rivian charger for a year now. Twice I have had to reset the breaker to get it to charge. I use a schedule and charge at night. A third time it did not charge, but did charge normally after the second night, without resetting it. I charge about every three days.
When you say loose, is the nozzle mounted in the vehicle pushing further into the vehicle, or is it solid? The plastic panel behind there is glued and can break.
I did not verify this on the sub, but I think either pair carries the same signal(mono). The center channel on the dash was the same way and was a mono signal. I used all four as input for my amp. One pair left and one pair right input. The red and black are the same speaker wires. They should...
Yes another one here. Mine has done that same thing over the last three updates. A reset would fix it, but it would come back later. Seems to have stopped with the most recent update I think, but was replaced with another odd locking issue. I need to try a reset to see if it goes away.
I use the...
There are several post on this. The compressor can spin up way too fast in my opinion.

And the compressor is...
Agree with the previous post. I would check the 12 volts to see if it's low, and also disconnect power to the amp to see if it changes the errors or voltage. I have been running JD250/1 for months with no issues but that's lower power than yours.
You might also make sure that the amp turns off...
I have two just to be safe. One home version up against the garage in front of the R1. The second is the 12 volt engine mount, but I mounted it on the ground facing up. If you install it in the vehicle I would think you would need at least two. Both mounted around the motors. I guessing that's...
I park on the driveway and have had rodent damage in my Tundra. Now I have both of these on the driveway. One goes in the engine compartment, but I have it sitting on the pavement facing up, under the R1. The other is by the garage door. I installed the engine version in both of the previous...
Not sure about a factory install. This is my low profile install and the thread has several other installs.

FYI if you want to sign.
If you are not familiar with this issue, the media sends out stories about recalls(OTA) making it sound as if thousands/millions of vehicles need to be repaired because of a recall. So you might think that the company will have to spend whatever millions of dollars to...
@Tbey That's awesome. 5 channel amp, replacing 4 doors and the sub is what I thought of doing as worst case scenario. I'm guessing they ran a 80 amp line to the battery. Curious to see if you have any 12 volt issues with that. Dead battery etc...
