Same here. I noticed it turned off when my wife was sitting there. Must have been how she was sitting because she exceeds the weight minimum by plenty. It's okay. She does not read these forums. :)
I had some minor issues that I found when I got home. Both rear fender wells had screws not screwed in all the way, and one was missing. This is the plastic liner inside the fender. The front fender has two fasteners directly above the tire. Again the plastic liner. On one side, both were...
Yes, I looked at that box as well. It probably performs well. I don't have the spare so I can't speak to the amount of space. It might fit with a spare somewhere. Maybe on top.
Power is the problem. If you just use one sub, there is a 35 amp circuit for the 12 volt trailer supply, and it's...
I think they just doubled up on the gauge because of the extra power. At the other connector on the subwoofer, all four wires are present. I did not verify with a meter but looks like each pair is shorted to the other.
Yes love to see the install. I was going to build my own box and use this...
I thought I saw a smaller one on a second air line located below all this stuff, but you can see one of them in this picture. I'm assuming that's the filter.
There is an evaporator coil and blower back there, but I did not see a second compressor. It has refrigerant lines running back to that corner. Or if there is a second compressor, it's underneath, next to the two air compressors, between the bumper and spare tire tub(or I guess it could be...
For those that have or will use the Rivian provided front mount. Here is what this mount looks like. It's not very visible from the camera view. Hopefully Texas will pass the no front plate law soon, but until then ... Got this from Amazon. I bought the second link that is a silicone one for the...
There is a air bag in there. At least my R1S has one. The top of the panel has a bungee cord type loop that prevents removing the top of the panel completely. I could not figure out how to release it, and I assume it holds the panel in place if the bag deploys. My Tundra had a grab handle there...
I might be modifying some of the speakers so here is the harness layout if anyone needs it. I unbolted the drivers seat but did not need to remove it or even unplug it's harness. Torque wrench showed about 45-50 ft-lbs to break the 15 mm bolts loose. The seat feet have lineup pins pointing down...
Behind the AC compressor is a grommet that has multiple vacant ports. So close-ish to the middle of the vehicle. Tougher to get to from the inside, but easy to get to from the outside. Just pull the cover by the windshield. Small wires should be fine but you have to break the seal inside the...
Here are some pics for a R1S, 10k vin. Looks a little different and I have the battery/capacitor setup, supposedly. Not sure what the deal is with the manual release cable for the hood latch, but mine was just flopping around loose between the tub and the inner fender on the drivers side. If you...
The pillar speakers are one piece for sure. I removed one. I glanced at the dash speaker and don't remember if it was one piece, or if the grill was just attached like the subwoofer grill. Either way you have to access it from under the dash. Unless I missed something.

FYI on Texas plates/title/registration status. You can use the contact us link on the lower left, select "Registration" and "Other" as the subject. Then you can type in what ever you want as a question.
So for example this is my status. I picked up the vehicle on 6/8. Texas responded back to me...
