Im going to run by there is week and see what the parking lots look like. Was initially thinking merry go round lot but I'll check out over by the Greek. Hoping to find one off the normal path as Grifith can get busy on weekends. I'll confirm and post the exact location of the lot.
Opposite for me. My truck was constantly locking and unlocking out the driveway 15-20 ft from my office. So I guess I'll continue to be unable to use proximity lock. Leaving unlocked at home doesn't solve my problems.
They've always limited to one of the same vehicle at once though. Been watching all of the R1Ts on Cars and Bids and the community there is very much aware there's a line of Rivian's in the queue. One is always up there back to back weeks.
The days of 138k are gone. Last few are down to 110's...
Im interested in this "FSAM-651" scan check. I was told by Rivian that my VIN was included in the recall though I don't experience the issues people report wrong with the seat. Im curious if mine will say it's actually affected by the recall or not. Personally I'd rather not have the seat...
Ive been pretty upset with the truck last few days but you are correct. Rivian deserves credit for the speed of the updates. Though they aren't necessarily all the updates I wish for, I'm happy for the improvements.
I've been particularly upset with Vehicle Auto Hold last couple of days too...
People are saying that but I've never seen it on 14+ BMW's I've owned or the dozen or so other brand trucks and luxury weekenders I've had. So yeah maybe they do, but I've never noticed it before and I definitely notice it on the R1T. So its not the issue that it's common, the issue is that I...
Just got the renewal notice for my i3 and R1T today from Mercury. SoCal, 7,500 miles/yr, no pts or accidents, multi cars, home & auto discount == $4013/yr
$1400 == i3
$2600 == R1T
Seems very high to me but don't really have options I guess
I saw that other thread on this topic is closed but I have the orange peel bad on my R1T. It's all over the place and kind of a totally new thing for me. Must have just got lucky but never once noticed it on any my previous vehicles. I looked over my i3 and there's nothing. But the Rivian looks...
Well I hate it. Adjusting itself at every stop, in every drive thru, at every light is just annoying. Half the time it makes the truck more unlevel. It doesn't matter why they have it, its annoying and I'll never just get used to it. I just hate it.

I was charging a little while ago and...
Well thats good to know about the AUTO thing, but shouldn't they always be in auto? Kind of the point of auto? I'll try that out though. It's pretty annoying to see the wiper go off everytime I go into drive.
well that's fantastic, Im going over there tomorrow to load up on some power. I'll bring the i3 that way too while it free. Its 21 cents/kW to charge at home.
I've gotten initial calls back right away. But I've never been called to schedule anything for actual service. Thinking its been a month or more now since my first ticket opened.
--actually just checked, April 6th and April 19th. So I should follow up. Been over month. Figured they would just...
Now I thought the 70/85%/100% thing was mainly for DC charging. I was surprised to see this in the Rivian because it was never even mentioned or even an option in my BMW i3's. Does it really effect us that much if we're daily Level 2 charging at home?
The air seats are the loudest I've ever heard. Had those in my 2012 5 Series and they made virtually zero noise. The Rivian's sound like a gaming PC fans from 1998. But I don't hear them as much as I hear the wind noise blasting through my passenger door window. (have a ticket open about that...
It seems like its the same issue but perhaps mine is doing it more often without the hard regen. I do notice it at stoplights and stop signs as well. Even when parked. So I think it is the self leveling thing, its just awful and I feel like there's never a reason I'd want the truck doing this on...
I had two missing from mine on delivery day. Noted it, but still hasn't been in for service to get fixed. Surprised this is a widespread problem. Wasn't concerned if it was just my truck, but seems like a few of you have had this issue.
Didn't know that was a thing. Yeah I have to press down like 3 - 4 times sometimes to get it to auto roll down or up. But then sometimes it does it after one press. Its just very inconsistent. My passenger side doesn't seem to have the problem as much. Mainly the driver window. But then thats...
Yeah it fuckn sucks. ? Its my number one hated thing about the Rivian right now. Mine adjusts in drive-thrus all the time and everyone who's been in the truck has noticed it. I almost feel like its getting worse the more I drive it.
Actually it does seem like a glitch IMO because the drive thru...
