Thanks for posting this. Helpful. Installation looks pretty straightforward. The only thing keeping me on the sidelines is shipping costs. I’m on the East Coast and shipping quotes others have posted seem outrageous.
Yes I’ve actually noticed the same thing recently (can’t pinpoint exactly when it started). I did a full reset last night and plan to test it today to see if it goes back to the way it used to work.
I agree. I’m still very surprised Rivian hasn’t added this in any OTA’s yet. It’s very easy to use and for those who don’t want to use it you can simply toggle it off.
I received an email yesterday from Rivian with a link to a survey but it wasn't specific to an R1T or an R1S. The questions were about service, vehicle quality, the "brand" etc.. so fairly broad. It sounds like maybe a few different surveys might be floating around ? ?‍♂️
