Don't have an adapter - this Tesla station looks like it has a CCS plug and does not require an adapter...This is how I am seeing it in the rivian app. Hope the plug and charge works the same (with and without adapter)
Looking at use a tesla charger that supports CCS (in Michigan) and wondering if the 'plug and charge' will work the same way OR will I need to setup a tesla account to pay for the charge? can anyone chime in this from previous experience?
Yes, I've observed this same issue but with a different setting. The garage icon popping up when arriving home - this isn't working anymore...it was working for a few days after the update so not sure if it is related to the update but it feels like the location isn't picking up my 'home' anymore...
Has any of the Canadian owners tried charging at a rivian charging station? Wondering how it works...does it have a seperate app/account to setup/pay for charging?
Is there one? If so, I can't seem to locate it.
If not, I am surprised others haven't asked for this!!
So important for daily commuters that have a toll option to get home faster to compare before they make their trip ...
are you guys charging to 100% everytime? that last 10% from 90-100 seems to be painfully long...I know the 'why' behind it....Just wondering what everyone is doing. On road trips that extra 10% makes a big diff but is it better to charge to 90 and save the time and head to the next charger?
I would also like to hear about DC charging at Shell - planning out a road trip in May and looks like I will need to use the Shell recharge location in London...rated as a "B" station after the new update. If anyone has successfully (or not) used this location to charge, I would love to hear...
I am seeing more also - I got mine a couple weeks ago and saw a green one yesterday in Scarborough around Port Union. It had the front plates installed to the far right instead of centered - looked cool.
Congrats!! Glad all went well with your pickup. The info about the PTC is consistent with what I've read from others that have the R1T on this forum.... My pickup was supposed to be today but got a call yesterday saying they wanted to reschedule - They blamed it on some of the paperwork...
I was charged a $375 Cargo cover fee in error and they said they weren't able to remove it so left it on and said I would get a cheque in the mail reimbursing me the $375. has this happened to anyone else?
Info is helpful as I am going through the process tonight...I am on the financing page and don't like the fact that taxes and fees are lumped in together - Would be good to have them separated so I know what the 'additional fees' are ...is there anywhere else in the portal where I can see this...
I am in a similar predicament and would greatly benefit from this - Dont have my R1s yet but today I manually close my SUV's mirrors before going in so I can get in and manually open after backing out - it is a tight fit
