Send address to Navigation from Rivian App or maps no longer works

When I first got my R1T 3/9 I could send an address to the navigation from the Rivian app or I could use the share function in google or Apple Maps. It has not worked for me since the last two updates.
Anyone else notice this feature not working??

It works. You are driving a big computer....try to do a hard-reset. It is sometimes necessary simply to clear caches, errors etc....

Thanks. At least I know it’s working for others. My truck has been hard reset a couple times so I guess it’s time to contact Rivian.

Reinstall the app on the phone? Will need to reset it up as a key.

I have often had this problem following an update to the truck. So far it has always fixed the problem by a shut down of the phone and restart it. More reliable than closing/force closing the app and just restarting the app. I also occasionally still have a failure to send but doing it a second time will work.

I thought the feature was missing for a while till I remembered it only works from a specific address lookup before asking my phone to plot the directions. After it’s plotted, that option disappears.

Phone has definitely been power cycled a couple times. Only thing I haven’t done is delete and reinstall the app.

Mine still works. Just think of your EV as a computer. I do a full restart after the update completes just to make sure nothing is acting up.

Mine used to work (Android). After recent OTA update it did not work for a day or 2. Now it works again. I don't remember doing anything special. "Send directions to Rivian" just started working again. ???

What phone OS and what version app are you on?
