Have you subscribed to connect+? Only reason I ask this is because if you haven't maybe the data is not syncing from your phone to the vehicle (over the internet). If you are not a c+ subscriber, try connecting your vehicle to a wifi (or your hotspot) and see if that resolves the issue?
I am wondering if those 2 have subbed to C+ and don't realize it? Based on the low number, I would think that they have not rolled it out for non subscribers yet. Can the 2 that said yes, double check if they've subscribed. Just for the record, I am in no rush to get the update. :)
