Crazy. I still been texting the service center since my guide has no info or transport/tracking. Their flatbed shipping is horrid so far. They use multiple shippers.
I’ve been seeing that the lease agreement gets sent via email a few days before you take delivery. So does this mean when the truck arrives at the service center for pick up Rivian initiates and sends the lease agreement to be signed?

Interesting, My guide just had me send my current policy card that I have with Tesla insurance and that's all I heard. I don't have the truck on the policy, he just said send the copy then my insurance checklist went away...
I am leasing form California, so not much help but what I have seen is you can request a new guide or a manager to get everything squared away before it gets too close to delivery. I almost did this because of some financing issues with my guide's info.
