I would love to rock some Rivian gear, but I'm disappointed in the swag that's out there. The Rivian Stories tee was way better than anything I've seen from Rivian themselves. Why is that fancy new hoodie $150? I wish they would do better.
This is $150 with a tiny logo most people don't...
I use Griot's ceramic glass cleaner and it's amazing. It might help since it applies a ceramic coating on the glass. Just a thought.

Hey friends, I'm about to replace my AT tires with KO3s and would like a set of more efficient wheels to keep the commute miles off the new ATs. I have cash in San Jose and don't mind driving a bit to pick them up.
Thanks!
Ash
I agree, most people aren't audiophiles. I'd say I'm a 7 out of 10 on the audiophile scale. I started this conversation mostly because it disappointed me that Rivian made changes without mentioning it in the release notes. For those that haven't noticed a difference, are you on the most...
My first thought was, "is there something wrong with my ears?" I drive a ton of miles by myself and listen to music at volume a lot. Maybe I'm more sensitive to it, but I'm sure something changed. The stereo would easily overdrive the speakers at max volume before, which didn't sound good and...
So I updated yesterday and discovered the volume on the stereo changed, for the worse in my opinion. It goes to 30, but is noticeably less loud than before. Setting the volume to 15 gives you about 20-25% of the max volume. The sound also seems a bit flatter to me, but there's no way to...
I hear you. I've spent a fair amount of time driving around in Rally/High for fun and to even out tire wear. It's a lot like driving a Raptor with the floaty feeling. It sucks to lose sensors and river+ features though. Keep in mind, as the truck goes up, the camber of the wheels becomes...
Wow, sorry to open the wound back up, friends. I know Rivian has people in these forums, so hopefully they'll get the message. Adding Gaia and ONX as native apps would be awesome. No telling how long that would take to implement though. I wish because it's a great idea @jjswan33
I sure wish Rivian would figure out a way already. It's a bit overdue in my opinion. Is this not the #1 software request? Take my money, Rivian, I'll pay for it if I have to!
These vehicles are stupidly fast and I love it. It's wildly entertaining to drive a big truck that's faster than everything else on the road all the time. I pray for birdkind for this is not the last. ?
It's a bit funky. I want more acceleration, but the bike is nicely integrated with lights and the speedo. The top speed is a solid 36mph, which is plenty for me. So... I'm going to do something silly and add a BBSHD mid drive with another 52v battery and run them both at the same time...
The drive modes are tuned very differently in many ways. The difference in body roll and ability to keep a clean line through twistys is very noticeable between Sport and AP even at the same suspension height (they only share the low setting). The throttle response is super sensitive in Sport...
Since we're on the subject, I have to say this roof shade is my favorite mod I've made to my truck so far. I never even notice it's there, unlike when I would feel the sun beating down on my head through the glass.

This is what I'll be using when mine show up. I plan to leave the stickers on the truck all the time. Only using this to make them easier to peel off when they expire. I've used this stuff on all sorts of finishes and it pulls off fine after years. It's properly sticky though. Not coming...
There goes Toyota making crazy predictions they can't possibly make reality just before their earnings report showing how badly they're losing marketshare. My guess is Toyota is the next Kodak. They said all the same stuff 10+ years ago and look where they are now.
PS: The Toyota Mirai is the...
