I knew this was going to be an issue from day 1.
In fact I won't let my significant other drive the R1T due to the risks involved with accidents and repairs. When a storm comes, the Rivian gets the open garage slot and the Blazer EV gets the driveway.
Are you really shocked by any of this...
The difference between the QUAD and DM PERF is on the expressway between 80-110.
From 0 to 80 it feels very similar. The Tri and Quad have more power in those higher speeds.
That's my take.
The R1T is a towing vehicle, it should be in the front left. I hope this never changes. Tesla is in the wrong spot. Backing into a space is stupid.
EDIT: I could see a solid use-case for the right side due to curb parking. How about front right?
