Shouldn't be any worse that driver front like Rivian is now. A lot of chargers are either V4 with longer coords or some V3 have re-striped the parking lot to make it work. Otherwise take up 2 spaces like others have to until Tesla updates those chargers. Not a big deal in the overall grand...

Were you parked on snow or ice? I've had mine slide down the driveway when parked on a bunch of snow. And I get the warning all the time parked on a gradient and in the cold weather.

Exactly. While it would be nice to have a very low or no regen mode, I would never use conserve (FWD only) in the snow. Seems like that would be dangerous and I bought a 4wd vehicle for a reason, to use 4WD especially in bad weather. And conserve mode is terrible anyway.

I've also seen quite a few V3 short cable chargers with re-stripped parking lines so that it's possible to only take up one space.

If I was transporting myself to the trail, I'd just put it in the back.

Pretty sure deliveries will start in Q2 and I don't think the demo drives will have anything to do with production tweaks. Just letting people drive the exact vehicle they are going to purchase.

I disagree. I think a lot of people will buy them because they look cool and are a cheaper version of an R1S. Rivian will sell as many as they can make even without lidar.

I doubt that's true. Most people won't even know about it.

So hopefully those people get theirs in March or so and real customers in April or May.

I dont think Rivian has to wait for test drives to start before deliveries but April/May does sound about right for deliveries to start.
