  1. Highest And Lowest Gas Prices By State: California Keeps The Top Spot

If you ask nicely, I'll try to explain it in terms simple enough for you to understand.
  2. Highest And Lowest Gas Prices By State: California Keeps The Top Spot

A lot of factors indeed, all the result of incompetent state "leadership". Utility rate increase requests are nearly never denied. PGE was recently allowed to permanently raise rates 40% in 3 separate increases during a single year.
  3. Highest And Lowest Gas Prices By State: California Keeps The Top Spot

Who exactly do you think approves the utility rates, professor? Take your time, and please try not to further embarrass yourself.
  4. Highest And Lowest Gas Prices By State: California Keeps The Top Spot

And in spite of the "Existential Climate Change" threat, The People's Republic of Kalifornia also charges the highest electricity rates.
  5. Rivian charging vs Tesla

It makes no sense to me that Tesla is cheaper than Rivian even for Rivian drivers, but it is what it is. I'm very thankful that we get to use Tesla, and I'd actually rather have Rivian focused on vehicles.
  6. Is it OK to keep the height setting low when driving around town?

Yes, all by myself. Was pretty straightforward. I did it in much nicer weather though!
  7. Weight does make some difference

Agreed. I do not have a trailer but I have found that a headwind will significantly reduce range, while a tailwind will noticeably boost it. Same for even the slightest up or down grade.
  8. Is it OK to keep the height setting low when driving around town?

I got the Weistec rock sliders. Not cheap but very sturdy and I like the look. Hope they last a long time cuz I own my Rivian. Adventure on.
  9. Is it OK to keep the height setting low when driving around town?

I didn't like waiting for "kneel mode" either, so I installed a set of running boards. That solved the problem for me.
  10. Trading R1T for a Cadillac Lyriq?

If you are even considering a Caddy EV, then an R1 was never the right vehicle for you.
  11. Are charging stations dynamically added to navigation during trip?

That's a good point. Not sure if the IONNA network shows up, but I find that they offer lower prices than anyone else (with the possible exception of Tesla with membership).
  12. New 2025 Tri-"max"

I have a '25 Tri-motor with 20" wheels. In All-Purpose it consistently shows 308 miles at 100% SoC, regardless of weather or recent driving conditions. Similarly, Conserve mode will consistently show 352 miles on a full charge. Adventure on!
  13. Digital Key, What are Your Impressions?

After the initial .46 release and after going to digital key, I did lose the app remote functions (I am a Samsung user). This has been fixed with the newest .46 patch, but I see no improvement in proximity functionality from the original phone key. Adventure on!
  14. Running boards R1T 2gen

I have Weistec rock sliders. I like them. Easy install, super sturdy. They completely cover the area exposed by the plastic panel removal. They keep mud and dirt from the tires off the paint, and help protect from parking lot door rash.
  15. Drive Mode Question: any particular reason not to just stay in conserve?

Absolutely no reason you cannot do that. I have access to free charging in my home town so I use All-Purpose unless I'm on a trip, then I switch to Conserve for better range.
  16. New Drive Mode: Journey to the Center of the Earth Mode

I got to -391 driving out to Catalina Island.
