You can engage below 20mph as long as you have a vehicle in front of you and clear lane lines visible. In the latest update rivian claims they lowered the minimum engagement speed to 5mph, but it doesn't seem to be working as intended.
Yup, that's exactly why. They automatically package all the Commas with the short cable since that's what most installations need. Then people who order the rivian harness get the long cable packaged in with the harness as well.
It's an extension cable. The Comma 4 should have come with a short male-to-male cable that the extension would attach to.
Ah, I see your Janka came with one too - you could also use that.
The issue is most Comma installations happen right at the rear-view mirror. Rivian is one of the few...
Gen 1 relies on geofenced, pre-mapped areas of highway, but even then that is also highly reliant on the maps being accurate and your precision GPS also working perfectly reliably so the system can be sure you are where it thinks you are. It's probably one of the worst implementations of ADAS...
The USB-C connection carries power from the harness to the Comma — but that's not the issue at hand. The real distinction is the power source: rather than the harness drawing power directly from the AXM, the fusetap or OBD connection supplies power to the harness instead.
The AXM is notably...
Yep, Kaos is right. This video is using DTRv6, but now that we may have the low-speed wobble thing figured out I'm playing around with some of the newer models - specifically OP Model 7. Honestly, though, it doesn't feel very much better than DTRv6 so far and many of the newer models feel worse.
Wanted to really push angle-based steering on the Rivian, so I skipped the highway and went looking for the curviest, twistiest backroad I could find near me... which, if you know North Texas, is easier said than done. Not exactly known for its winding roads out here. Extra tricky because it's a...

That has happened to a few people - the conflict on "wake" issue using the F34 fuse. Strange thing is it only affects some people. Glad F33 is working better for you, though!
I can't imagine that being the reason and, like you said, wouldn't explain why it only happens at home and nowhere else. Are you charging at home when this happens? IF so that *may* be related to using the wrong fuse.
Thank you! I'm glad the videos helped.
That is SUPER weird that it only happens when you park at home. I wonder if it's more about the length of time that it's parked rather than the location?
Does it happen if you park at home but are only parked for a few minutes, or only overnight...
Yes you still get the discount! The order number in the post (1628) was just referring to whether you have the updated wiring harness already rather than the old design. People who have a newer harness don't have to replace the entire thing - just the box.
Sounds like you have an older...
