I have also seen this issue. Three or four times I have set the charge limit recently only to have it charge to the previous limit. It seems intermittent in that it hasnāt happened every time.
Anyone in the know as to whether the Olancha RAN will be relocated now that the 395 reroute is done? Itās a bit of a detour now to get to it - not a total deal-killer but I would guess the gas station would also want to move to where the highway is now. Or will they make a ābusiness loopā...
lol this guy must work at a car dealership or something. The best part of the buying experience for me was not having to deal with shady car dealer tactics.
I have this issue currently. In my case the first several months of ownership there was no issue. Then the trim piece on the roof came loose on one side and was about half inch higher than the other side - basically the piece on the back of the roof (between the roof glass and hatch) was...
This defeats the purpose of recovery boards which is to drive around with them on your rig 365 days a year so everyone knows you are a serious off-roader.
I waited 1.5 years and even back then in the time of guides I heard nothing. I think I got one email from my guide after I had already confirmed delivery with my service center lol. Just read the articles here on the purchase steps and be ready yours is coming soon I am sure.
I donāt understand all the nuances of Siri and phones but I never have to reach I can call for Siri anytime while my iPhone sits on the wireless charging pad and she does her thing.
Always hardwire is my advice. Our e-tron burned up one plug in our garage and thatās when I decided to hardwire that charger and the one in the driveway I use mostly for the Rivian.
I have this same issue. Took delivery summer of ā23 and only started having this issue in June ā24. I have had the warm plug message and slowed charging three times, two of which were overnight in San Diego outside in my driveway at about 70 degrees ambient temperature. It first happened...
I just got back from a road trip last night and plugged in at home in San Diego where it was a pleasant 70 degrees outside (charger is in driveway). My setup has always charged at 9kw (Grizzl-e unit) and I got the ācharging slowedā message for the first time and it was still going at something...
Have fun in Mammoth! I am heading up to Tahoe with my MTB on Monday - my experience with bikes, skis and snowboards on the hitch rack is any range loss is minimal and didnāt change my drive plan in terms of stops. You should be fine getting to Inyokern.
The e-tron has been on the road for a few years and my wifeās first-gen e-tron was horrible - would always slam on the breaks if there was a limit sign for an exit ramp that it saw, or a frontage road limit like someone mentioned. We turned it off. Her current e-tron is much better. I suspect...
With legacy brands and independent shops you call on Monday and they give you a time usually in the next couple days to bring it in or even better they say ājust come inā and I think this is because they have a steady flow of vehicles coming in and work getting done so itās pretty predictable...
