Just got my recall done there as well and was cleared. You’re not wrong about the chaos bit. My general sense is they are in rush mode to get trucks prepped and out the door. Both lots were stacked with trucks and EDVs on Wednesday. But yeah, “Economically diverse” neighborhood, Walnut street is...
Question for the vendor: When installed and snugly screwed in place, is there any up/down movement in the mount? I found with a competitor's mount that there could be some play once the phone was attached.
Hey Ben,
I live in Madison and have had a few service items, none serious, that have been cared for by both the Chicago Service Center and mobile service. Both experiences were top notch. I chose the mobile service option for the items below as I couldn't work in a trip to Chicago at that point...

On the fluffier side but still fun to see the Chicago Service Center in some detail.

VIN 4xxx with 8k+ miles and everything works perfectly including the tonneau. Minor squeaks, rattles and occasional thunks aside, truck is damn near perfect.
Negative, made a few inquiries but then decided to just treat the truck like a truck. Has held up well over the 6 months and 7k miles that I've had it.

Nice! Used it on 2 camping trips for inflatable mattresses but trying to roll up that hose and get it to fit back into the bag can be a hassle. Like the camp speaker, I don’t think about it everyday but when I need/want to use it having it is great.
Popped into the Chicago SC this morning and got it taken care of. Literally 60 seconds job. Pressed my luck and asked about a tire rotation (with spare) and they had a free lift and nothing waiting so had that handled too. Cost: $80. Staff there are always great.
