“It’s an all-new platform that’s owned and developed by Scout. This is ours. I can’t emphasise that enough, this is not a rebadged existing product with some chunky plastic on it. It’s all new from the ground up,”
But.... they look SOOO familiar. Even the wheels.
This just happened to me the other night when I went to get the spare out for a tire change. Latch just snapped immediately without a whole lot of resistance. It was super cold outside.
The techs at Costco loaned me a set of needle nose pliers. I used those to grab the broken off piece that was...

Pleeeaassse be true for Android. Bonus points for being able to download to a USB. This would likely make me pony up for Connect+. Bluetooth sounds like poop.
Uh... why you calling him "my boy". I in no way pledged allegiance to either side. Not everyone has a "side" here, Mr. Defensive.
I was just inferring that the DOGE is all about cost cutting while a $400 milllion deal with HIS company is still on the table.
The truck went to the service center this morning for a laundry list of things, but I'll get pics soon. Good lookin' tire!
Yep, Jackpucks did me right and I was ready.
Just got a set of 275/65/20 installed last night and I can confirm that the white lettering is on only one side. Seems obvious, but you never know.
Woke up to a few inches of snow and 5° temps. My 15 mi morning commute has shown that these are doing great in the snow. At least when they're...
Yeah, except you need 2 adapters. 1 for AC and 1 for DC. I'm still not sure why they didn't throw the extra pins in the Rivian Branded adapter so we would only have to carry 1.
Admittedly, there's probably something I don't know about this.
Mark at Jackpucks hooked me up with 3 more pucks to complete my set. Happy to support him and now I am good to go for Tues.
Thanks everyone for the offers.
Anyone found a good "hide a key" contraption for the card? Or a good, secure spot to hide it?
I guess if you told us, then people from this forum could steal your Riv, but what are the chances of that?!?
I'm scheduled to get some new shoes at Costco in Longmont on Tues. They just called and asked me if I have pucks. I only have 1 for roadside emergency and just assumed most larger tire stores, especially Costco, would have them. Apparently, the Longmont branch has seen very few Rivians so far...
Can anyone confirm that the 275/65/20 size that ONLY come with raised white letters are reversible and the other side is black? I'm not a white lettering kinda' guy.
I've known that new tire time was coming soon, so I've been periodically checking them. Waited too long to do that last rotation so fronts are more worn and by the time I realized, it wasn't worth doing it again. Oops.
I looked at my drivers front this weekend and see it's almost at the wear...
Hoping for an update on these and whether anyone else is seeing the improved efficiency after 500 miles? Also, how the noise compares to the OEM 20" Scorpions.
Gotta get new shoes soon and the price on these is decent
