Most likely - having RJ do all the press would keep him way too busy to actually do his job. Plus, having people that work on a particular aspect of something do interviews is just logical.

As far as I'm aware, they are NOT using Li-Ion for the 12v batteries. They are still more expensive than lead acid batteries. And did they confirm that they can't do it as a mobile service? I just had my swap done a few weeks back - it was done in my garage (along with the 15k inspection)...
