Yes, I think getting chargers in those areas (and Brainerd) would be great and those are all tourist areas that may be well served by at least a few chargers.
Lol depends on where in northern MN. My inlaws are from NW MN and I can assure you there's no reason to go there. :)
To be fair, no one does and for good reason. There's not a whole lot of demand there nor is there a real reason to even go to most of northern MN. The parts that are worthwhile to go to (north shore area) there are charging options all over.
Calmly waiting for Rivian to start putting chargers in MN and WI...not sure what the overwhelming appeal for MI was all about but would be cool to see some love here too.
It's not expensive at all if you're on a road trip. The discount for MagicDock is $0.10/kWh and the $13 fee would pay for itself after one full 130kWh charge which is ~300 miles of driving.
I saw that too. Makes sense that Brainerd isn't active (it's a V2) but the one in Little Falls should be a V3... Also Duluth and Two Harbors aren't on the list either.
Not true. A patent is only as strong as the holder's ability and resources to defend it even within the USA. The government won't do it for you. There are international (EU, Japan, South America, etc) patents that can be filed as well.
When it comes to patents, the introduction and pictures are largely unimportant. What is important are the claims that are listed. If this is a design patent then it's easy to skirt around it. Utility patents are a lot more valuable.
What's the patent number? I can look through it.

It doesn't have 800V/48V yet but you can bet it's coming soon, maybe in the next refresh which is why we haven't seen the refreshed Y yet.
The Y definitely has a standard glass roof.
My prediction? It has to match the Model Y at the very least.
- 800V main battery divided into two 400V sections
- 48V architecture for non drive devices, this will flow into the the next gen R1
- Glass roof (Model Y has one)
- Charge port in back driver side fender
- Good size frunk
- No air...
Hummer EV is prewired for all this and the UI is designed to actuate the Aux stuff just like Jeeps do. It would be great to have power already run up there to not drill into the truck, can be done with simple snap contacts rather than a wire dongle.
MN registration renewal for my R1T was right around $900. They only charge $75 for the EV fee, the rest is based on the vehicle value, age, and a bunch of the usual random fees and other BS that comes with this stuff. The vehicle value/age fee goes down by 10% of the value each year until it...
I have the same issue. Used to listen at 15-17 for great high volume rocking but now 15-17 is the bare minimum to hear anything at highway speeds.
I have a Meridian system and will try the reboot to see if that helps any.
Not to mention ditching the air suspension and compressors.
Anyway, I hope this drawer has a power port in it to utilize the power that's available to charge the speaker. Probably not though.
They are adjustable though. The whole point of hydraulic sway bars is that they are adjustable, almost infinitely, within their range. They are also able to rapidly change stiffness mid bump and mid corner to make the ride soft as well as keep the body stable.
IMO, the ones in the Rivian do...
I have a P6 Pro and my PaaK doesn't work at all. Like the truck doesn't even respond to the phone being there for several minutes. I just bring my fob with me everywhere.
Can't wait for them to give us NFC access with third party devices.
