Thanks! I did all that, but it was tricky to delete all traces of the phone from the Rivian, since you need an app. which has already been paired as a key to do that, and I lost mine in the transfer. So, I have learned the lesson to wipe first, set up new phone second.

I think the issue is migrating your phone to a new one while both are in 18.1. In that case Rivian sees two identical keys, and I don’t think it likes that. However, I did manage to delete the duplicate keys in the system, and after that the key worked. Hooray!
