This is not normal. Contact customer service and open a ticket. My Gen 2 std only loses 1-2% in a week, maybe less but I opened the doors and messed with the audio system for a while.

I always perform a hard reset on the car after a firmware update. I'll usually put the car in drive and reverse to fire up all the motors, sensors, and ECU's. Then do a hard reset afterwards. Can't hurt anything and I found it fixes a lot of these little temporary bugs before I even notice them.

I noticed the same the first week or two that I got the car. It wasn't loud enough for me to consider it abnormal. I haven't tried listening for it after a few weeks Just turn on the audio and enjoy some sweet tunes. Car is awesome in so many other ways that this small things gets forgiven.
