Correct. Outside - PPF. Inside - tint. PPF on outside - DIYable. Tint on inside - much harder as tint film is flimsy, brittle, super sticky and hard to handle by a single person when it's a big piece.

Oh sorry for the confusion...applying windshield tint on the inside has been difficult. Windshield protection film on the outside is easier. As a matter of fact I've already tested several but didn't like them, but I am testing another one next week (it's currently in transit). I am skeptical...

I've tried that but failed installing it... it's just too huge, so I don't think the windshield is realistic for a DIY project :(

There are coat hooks on the back of the front seats, but depending on use case, they might be too low for some people.
