  1. R2 Owner's Manual Guide posted!

Don't know about R2 since only one person in this forum has identified themselves as having taken delivery. I don't stream from phone via Bluetooth in my gen 1 R1T. But from those who do, they say the sound quality is not as good as a native in-vehicle app, but serviceable. Maybe it's the same...
  2. R2 Owner's Manual Guide posted!

Yah I know. As gun owner, I see that sort of thing among gun forums all the time—the rampant paranoia and exaggeration is reason I don't frequent those any more. The irony is most of them live in low crime areas and think anywhere else is like lawless third-world countries where warlords wage...
  3. Forged 1-pc Full Length Enclosed Lug Nuts for Rivian R1T / R1S - EV Sportline

Don't know about Titanium, but I'd be interested in lug nuts that work with Black Rhino Voltaics instead of the Gorilla ones that I'm forced to use, which require their 6-spline key. Inconvenient.
  4. RJ on high $ collision repairs: "should never happen"

Yup and especially in the last few years, right alongside inflation of insurance premiums. The car my R1T replaced was gifted a bumper rash from unknown persons while parked. Repair bill was over $6k. That's probably true too. Since he probably pays nothing on have anything on his car(s) to be...

Is there a AK-47 in there? jk Might need it for some parts.
  6. A battery blessing

3-yr is the original warranty on the original 12V. The reduced amount on replacements is probably a business decision... and perhaps a telltale sign on how much they know, but not saying, about consumption rate.
  7. RJ on high $ collision repairs: "should never happen"

Which is overly cautious and funny considering they routinely put in their booths cars with 20+ gallons of highly combustible fuel.
  8. RJ on high $ collision repairs: "should never happen"

https://www.thedrive.com/news/a-rivian-fender-bender-cost-42000-its-ceo-says-that-should-never-happen TLDR: They initially did not provide/stock subsets of large 1-piece panels; they do now If damaged Aluminum panels can't be repaired and have to be replaced, they have to be cut and have new...

I'll take at least one. Mine is on the way out. :\
  10. RJ says R3X is ~2 years away. Confirms R4

Right. Wasn't the wife the CFO? or something similar. Millions missing? not suspicious at all. /s

The count sleeps during the day no? and is immortal? What's 240+ hours in context of eternity?

Uber did not buy them. A company did, on the cheap.
  13. Front Sensors Off with 2026.15.01 update

Like that's never happened in the tech/software world? It may be "new" for cars, but software-defined EVs are just computers that happen to be cars. TBH, get used to it. This is the new normal.
  14. R2 Owner's Manual Guide posted!

You chill too. I was just pointing out it isn't Rivian's problem to fix. Plus, there are other ways to get local weather and traffic. Rivian nav already show traffic. Across the different Rivian-related online platforms people keep complaining and point fingers at Rivian when solutions do exist...
  15. A battery blessing

And this is just another example of inconsistency in customer experience that exists and should be addressed. Some aren’t as lucky and were basically told to pay out of pocket.
  16. “WTB: RMaxx Self-Tensioning Soft Tonneau for R1T. Located in Spokane, willing to drive for pickup.”

Fuel prices are high. Use size and weight of original package, as new, to get shipping quotes. You might be shocked. Amazon’s info on WeatherTech branded version (same thing): 80 x 9 x 5 inches @ 34 lbs.
  17. R2 Owner's Manual Guide posted!

So… complain to iHeart and convince them to serve their customers better? Must every problem be Rivian’s?

And better at time of delivery launch. Fisker was already at brink of failure and had millions gone missing. Plus, Fisker had no production capacity of its own. Ocean was built in Austria by Magna-Steyr. If Fisker had survived, it would have lived to be clobbered by tariffs instead.
