Interesting. So now I wonder if -F is the part being replaced, or the replacement? It says it's the required part, but does that mean the part necessary to make repairs? Or the part necessary to qualify for replacement?
Please post screenshots of your work orders showing the exact full part number... Folks are focusing too much on the revision and not enough on the full part number.

Well, they haven't said anything about rock sliders, but confirmed today it's not just the disconnect but the entire rear drive unit. Parts will delay it a week then it'll take a couple days to complete.
You have to look at the whole part number, the variant is the ending letter. In this case, the newest variant is G for Enduro (in house dual motor).
The Bosch quad did have a G, but they're now on H. Also, completely different part number.
Good news is they didn't say anything at drop off.
