Are you referring to Maryland? We do get the trade-in tax credit. I did for a new vehicle purchase in 2020.

Great photos! I was originally thinking that ordering the rubber mats would replace the standard mats, however it seems like the rubber mats are sent in addition. Am I understanding that correctly? Thanks.
