It would be great if you could get a detailed response from Rivian when they do the fix (what was the specific issue, what were the troubleshooting steps they took, what part needed to be replaced etc.) and post it back here as it would expedite others getting the issue diagnosed and solved.
Definitely the passengers felt it more keenly than I did. It was more pronounced at some times more than others. Perhaps somewhat dependent upon road conditions but it felt more like if it started Drivers+ with a wider oscillation then that persisted through the duration.
I only got two tie downs.

I didn't try the Flo chargers but did try a ChargePoint managed 50kw charger and had no problems with it over several charging sessions. I'll give the Flo a try next time I'm up there.
