Yes. In a "hammock" and in a harness connected to the seatbelt - in the back seat.
In full transparency - we don't have kids. So, my dog is my child. My only child. My favorite child. His safety is very important to us :)
Animals need to have enough space to stand up, turn around, generally be comfortable. So size matters.
BUT - the gear tunnel is not part of the passenger compartment. We have no idea if that gear tunnel is part of a crush zone, whether it will hold it's shape in a bad accident, or is designed...
I refuse to accept the idea that any hot girls ever ignored me. In my mind, it never happened.
Credit where credit is due. They seem to have put there issues with Rivian behind them, and are giving the truck a fair shake, which is all I was hoping for.
Ha!
I wish it was that simple. And that's my point. I've seen R1Ts that were clearly just washed, but have mud coming through that hole from simply driving through a small puddle or similar. The rest of the truck remained spotless, as expected.
What do you think BMW is doing differently to prevent the "splashback" that is so prevalent on the Rivian? I've not noticed the same issues on the BMWs with air curtains as I have the Rivians so far.
Maybe the aftermarket can copy BMW's solution, whatever it is.
Ah, now I remember. You're the person who mocked me earlier in the year for the same concern, and then made fun of my disorder. Thought I had blocked you. Won't make that mistake again.
It’s absolutely not absurd, and is also an issue I’m concerned about. Every R1T I’ve seen IRL has had dirt splattered in that area, even on otherwise clean trucks. If you’re the type of person who takes pride in keeping their vehicles clean, it’s going to be a problem. I’ll be first in line...
Valid. Couldn't they let people know if that's the case? "Hey Diddy, we've got a bunch of events lined up ready to rock your world, including near your location. Unfortunately we don't feel it's safe with the current variant going around. As soon as Omicron chills its ass out, we'll get these...
The lack of announcements around test drive opportunities and First Drive events is concerning. There should be plenty of trucks available to support these events, and multiple service centers are up and running to act as home bases, but it's just a deafening silence.
I really thought the new...
It's really weird, honestly. I thought for sure they were waiting to show it when the first R1S's rolled off the line. But nope.
I'm guessing they're running into issues with paint matching on different parts and surfaces. Matching matte or low metallic colors is notoriously difficult...
I'm trying to figure out what was proprietary about anything he/she wrote. Sounds to me like Rivian came down hard in whomever's truck it was due to the negative aspects of the post.
Not cool.
I'll put a disclaimer on the first post, and @Administrator can take the whole thing down if he...
