I don't think their MarComms team could be any more tone deaf to what's happening with the pre-order community. It's actually impressive.

After an arguably sh!tty week in my attitude towards Rivian, this was a nice uplift. Thanks for posting.

Just FYI, they're definitely not building sequentially by order number. Your truck could be next off the line.

This is exactly what they've done historically..on multiple occasions. Hence the fretting.

Could have been "mechanical", or user error. I think that would be good to know.

No communication. No major updates. No estimator on the website. A photoshopped Limestone photo. No significant deliveries. Small fire at the factory. Basically, your normal Rivian week. PS - hope you're healing up from whatever's going on. Sounds less than fun.

I can honestly say I never expected to see Rivian manufacturing compared to some teens flipping burgers at a fast food joint ?. If I waited three years for my animal-style fries, I'd be pretty frustrated with them as well.

Correct. The person/people that posted photos from this outing explicitly stated so. Not that I'm jealous or anything.

I honestly think we're past that point already. Just learned of a friend of a friend who joined the company 3 months ago who already got his truck. He ordered when he started with Rivian, not before. Meanwhile, 3 years after my preorder....

I'm just glad to be able to give back a little. I hope my contributions to the greater Rivian community don't go unnoticed ?
