I've had my R1S in for service twice over the past 13 months, at the South San Francisco Service Center. In both instances I was initially led to believe that they wouldn't be getting to the car for 3 weeks or so after drop off, but both times I had it back fixed in about half that time.

Interesting. The Bay Area could sure use another service center, but those plans seem to be for something slightly different.

I took delivery in September 2023. I received a "your adapter is ready to ship" email on 10/14, a "thanks for your order" email on 10/18 and a "here's your tracking number" email on 10/23 before receiving the adapter yesterday, on 10/24.
