Yea, this would be my first step in further diagnosis. If a fuse is blown, then there is likely a short somewhere. If the fuse isn’t blown, then the inverter itself could be failing.

I think USAA offers a new car replacement rider as well. Certainly doesn’t hurt to check.

Same here. I've used Off Road mode A LOT but never once tried Rally Mode.

The kit does’t have a deflator. IMO, the best one on the market is from ARB. I also recommend getting spare tire stem valves (easy to replace) if you do any significant off road driving.
