Many will give you some answers that make it seem like you, we must live with it. I disagree. Yeah, yeah each wheel has a motor, sure Riv is a new company. But, come on an alignment should be a standard, easy fix. Well, it is not for the Riv team.
Let me stop my rant. I had to take my T back...
I am wondering if anyone has paid, I believe the cost is $700+, for the detailing? Was it worth it?
I will stick to doing it myself or paying ~$300 at my local detailer.
Another entry for an FAQ. Though many people would ignore it.
FYI: An existing thread on the same topic.

@Administrator can this thread be locked. Only 2 out of ~15 replies are about the content. It seems the thread will be veering to far from my intention.
I earn nothing by posting. I posted the video thinking someone would find some value in it. Which someone will.
Good day, evening folks!
I just saw this.
In the video he shows the mobile tech replacing his tires, the power tonneau cover and windshield replacement. The last two at the SC. And he also "cleans" the bottom of his T, removing a bunch of dirt and stuff..
How many would not deem the OPs actions to comply with the normal operation and use per the below?
"Comprehensive Warranty
Rivian will repair or replace any Rivian component parts found to be defective in factory-supplied materials or
factory workmanship under normal operation and use during...
This, valid, logical topic should be in an FAQ. Including the carplay/aa future, the signing and payment required before delivery, the destination fee, the bad cameras in Gen1, when will my "free" NACS adapter be delivered and many more.
Like you have "heard", read your wait has been minimal. Some waited years for the, "your car is ready for delivery", update.
Sadly, Riv is bad at communicating and worse at their SC availability, scheduling. Heck, even gear shop stuff has been dlvrd before the email telling me it was shipped...
That's all it takes, an extra space, wrong character to break, what should be a fix. The other issue is, as much testing, checks are done, some regressions are not apparent until public.
And, yes, most are honest mistakes and sadly a matter of when it is a deliberate attack. Like you noted...
No excuses for the Riv Dev team, and some of the update mishaps. But CS is at a Global scale.
Next time an OTA messes our R1s, think about this.

Yes, the article notes an issue with MS, Office, Azure. The CS matter is more...
I am very glad for anyone reaching 25k plus. You almost reached 45k, WOW!!
I might reach 22k on my 21s. I rarely use conserve or sport mode and am not an aggressive driver, or maybe I am...ummhhh?
Thanks! And I hope this is true.
I wonder how much incentive a manufacturer has to produce them? Now that Riv won't be using that size and most likely will not produce any more G1 R1s. The latter I have not found an answer to.
Don't both parties, "..throw around so much free money..:? As I see it, a good portion goes to the corps. The repubs tend to help those corps and the wealthy more than the working, middle class.
Are you saying the dems do not to do their best to curb inflation and lower the interest rates...
Yes, we know the Rivian team could be better communicating with us, the R1x owners. Heck, most times Gear Shop items are delivered on the same day the shipment email arrives. So, either wait for your FREEBIE to appear or order the alternative.
Another item for an FAQ. With the CP/AA wants, the...
