Yes, a loaner is my preferred option. But, the Chelsea team has always given me two other options, when a loaner is not available. A rental, covered by Riv, or Uber credits. Seems fair to me.
Hola @mkg3
So, what did you try, test? I really wish I had purchased the black or red T, instead of blanco/white.
Might swap my T for one of those other colores once the refresh and updates are known.
That is why "FooF' noted, "You will want some jackpucks to keep in the truck.". You need those to lift the R1.
Many places do not have the pucks, which are required per the documentation.
Glad your abuela/grandmother is ok.
OMG, those freaking handles are in my top 5 annoyances. I am surprised anyone can reach them.
WHY were those placed so high up...porque?!@$&#*?
Yes, AA or CP would be used by many. Myself included. I
But, I knew neither was available nor listed as a future improvement, offering.
In the end you are responsible for your choices.
I am using a 2 TB, Samsung T7 Shield.
When I first tried to set it up, it would not pass the test. I tried the cable in both ports. I unplugged, replugged in both ends of the cable. Then I swapped which end was connected to the truck, the drive. It worked on my first attempt.

YES, we know the majority of owners do not experience this. This thread and questions are focused on the few that do encounter the pulling. And any logical input, ideas that might help isolate the root cause.
But, thanks for your insight.
QM with a recent front driver side motor replacement as well as steering rack, tie rods and other parts.
This started after the body shop work was done. I've had my T since last July.

The SCs really need to get this fixed and stop with the, "..it's within the specs...", stupidity!
The worse part is when they say it is aligned and are confident it is fixed. They say, "..after a few...

Odd this old thread is active. I must interject my local SC, Chelsea/MA unexpected comment on this.
My "T", Izzy, is pulling to the right. This started after an accident then the front driverside motor and other parts being replaced. As we discussed the issues I mentioned my preference to have...
Interesting suggestion YouTube showed me with this video. Someone will relate to, appreciate this more than me..enjoy!!
The guide, park mgmt(CEO - Dirk) owns a Jeep Rubicon on 40s and wants to see if the Rivian can handle their track.
He is genuinely impressed at the end of the video.

Per my local SC, Chelsea, they will only align a vehicle in Standard Mode. They expect one to primarily drive in that mode and with the regen in Standard as well.
I mentioned that I mainly drive, 70% or more, in AP low mode. Would they please align the vehicle while in AP Low? I was told no...
