Today's Collision, a Riv Certified Collision Repair Center, installed mine. I have the EV Sportline RMAXX running boards.

It appears to be flimsy for some of us. My early 2023 T, roof glass cracked with me trying to tie down my kayak. I was standing on the inside of the truck, reaching across to grab the tie down, with barely any pressure or weight on it.
It looked like I hit it with a hammer. Now it has extended...
I installed the update last night. I have not done a lot of driving since.
-I like the camera with the turn signal
-I like the new climate screen layout and options
-I like the font
-I like the added low regen option
-I am indifferent to the drive mode graphics
-I love Gary. Oops different...
First time carrying my kayaks.
I was going to put both on top. I opted not to after a crack on the roof glass happened, bleeeeeh.
In any case, I finally used the Yakima Jaylow mounts, on top, and the Loadd Sheett to secure the other kayak in the bed.
Sadly, one of the mounts appears to be...
Please avoid putting any pressure, weight on the roof glass, ever. As insignificant as you may think it is, do not.
I just learned this lesson earlier today strapping my kayak(s) on my Izzy(R1T).
Welp, earlier today I cracked mine just reaching across, from the rear driver side, to grab the strap I was placing over my kayak. I had placed both of my arms on the glass, barely any weight, well so I thought, then the dreaded creaking of the glass. I was standing on the inside of the back...
I would bet on before the article was posted, someone knew it was wrong, obsolete.
Just think about all of the changes they made. Many folks argue they were minor, to me it was major. Even just placing the ECUs into zones is not an easy, minor project. Well, so I think, and I am just a normal...
FYI: Yesterday I spoke with a Riv Service rep about the power tonneau cover(ptc) retrofit. Yes, there will be a future ptc retrofit for Ts that have the rails. When, who knows..
Some valet parking locations are "down the street". Restricting the speed to ~5 mph may not be the best. Maybe limit the speed to 5 miles lower than the posted speed.
A valet profile that cannot save any changes or alter, use the stored profiles.
Why did the PPF installer accept, "I have a due bill from Rivian", as a guarantee of future payment? I do not believe the OP made that up and also knew to place it on an online order form.
Even if he did get some free wheels, it seems like the Rivian team should pay the installer.
Isn't this where the heat pump will be placed? For colder days, that will be very helpful. So, I'd give up some frunk for better performance in the invierno(winter).
How can the most efficient option be, "..always the worst choice.."? Rather illogical to me.
Purchasing a product from a new company, is the risk we all took.
Yes, it is more expensive to use L3 chargers on a regular basis or a long trip. I suspect some planning might help and a membership to several of providers.
All Quad models are an 835 hp vehicle. Would an equivalent ICE use regular or premium fuel? Would that make the math a little closer? IDK...
This is not the purpose of this post, so sorry. No, no dinero from me for an extension cable.
IMHO, when one company's tech, NACS, infers it is the blueprint for all others, every possible charging port locations should have been accommodated. This should be part of the standard for the...
