I was hoping for a red color, but will be happy with Launch Green.
The “Cloud” interior is beautiful.
That’s my preferred configuration. Love the wheels
I’m ready for delivery.
I’ve been assuming 600-700 per month on a 3 year lease.
At 650, with minimal down, and configured as I want, I’m good with that.
I have zero interest in an iX3.
Just looking for some insights. If the R2 is loaded and looks like 60 - 65k and zero or little down, what would lease payments look like, and for what term?
I’m hoping for a red paint, but I’d be ok with a nice blue. More important to me is the interior. I don’t want black or white, so my wishlist if for a tan / beige / brown interior. Earth tones of some kind. .
I don't understand this. Why would leasing being available affect your purchase at all? If you have a reservation you are in line to take possession of an R2. I assumed leasing would be available from the start. Am I missing something?
I think this makes sense. I was hoping for around 5k less, but this will do. I can accept just under 60k for;
Dual Motor Performance
Large Battery Pack
Premium Interior
Premium Audio
Paint (other than base color)
I'm ready to see the configurator!
I get it. If you like the looks of a BMW, then of course this (the IX3) will appeal to you.
I am not a fan. But I do like the looks of the R2.
And, the utility aspect is important to me.
I had one experience with a German vehicle. I won't do it again.
The dealer network support is also an issue...
Some will, assuming the prices line up. Not me. I find the form factor of my 4Runner very useful. I’ve had two. The R2 will replace my current one. The BMW holds zero interest for me.
Additionally, I have concerns about trad carmakers making EVs, as that model does not bode well for its dealer...
I plan to lease my R2. At this point I think I will happily take the first one available that is equipped as I want. I've never leased vehicles before, so I have this question:
If I really want whatever the next gen offering is, do leases typically offer an early buy out or upgrade option? Just...
R2 will be will be my first EV. Excited about charging my R2 from my solar panels!
Roll down rear window. My 4Runner has it and I use it regularly. Hard to find.
Something brand new is always exciting.
