Not yet. But Toyo told me they should be available now. I tried calling discount tire to ask about ordering but never got through. I will probably wait til someone gets them and reports back, but I’ve got high hopes.
I emailed Toyo about the 116H release date and they said "The Open Country A/T III EV tire size 275/65R20 116H is being produced and is available." I don't see them anywhere online (tire rack or discount). Has anyone found these for sale yet? Would love to know how the 116H compares to the OEM...
This looks great. Thanks for sharing! I was pretty set on 34's for looks and for additional sidewall but now I'm not so sure. I spend a lot of time on rough pavement and dirty roads, so the more sidewall the better. How is the dry grip compared to the 21's? Does it accelerate any slower? Wet...
BTW I just discovered this thread. This tire seems well liked by the few who've used it. Any reason why it isn't discussed more? Only a few threads that mention it. I've got 21's and am looking to go 20's with 34's to get a ride that's a little less affected by small bumps/gravel but not kill...
Hey an update in case it's not already out there. I chatted with Michelin on their website about the 275/65/20 Defender LTX MS2 and they said this...
"Yes, we are making defender LTX M/S2 tire with extra load Mud and snow rated and it is EV compatible, and it will be launched on 1st december 2024 "
I've got the 21's and am looking for a ride that less reactive to small bumps. I think I would prefer the higher profile of the 20's but I'm leasing and don't want to mess with new rims if I don't have to. When you say the Michelins are more "supple" than the Pirellis, do they soak up bumps...
