I can confirm bullshit on that. Rivian has never directly reached out to me for any reason. Only the general emails.

Never contacted to even discuss changing it. Meanwhile 2022 orders getting delivered.

The record I've seen is someone reserving 3 years and 2 months after I did getting contacted for a truck. I've never witnessed a company ? on their earliest supporters more than these clowns.
