The data point changed to 300 when the configurator was updated with the accessories. I don't know what purpose, if any, it ever had; just seemed like an odd number attributed to a "projected range" attribute.
My enthusiasm has been deflated as well. I have an 11/26/18 pre-order and did not expect to be sitting on the sidelines wondering what is going on at this point. I do think that there is a possibility that earlier deliveries may be slotted for people who haven't been contacted yet. I don't think...
Amusingly, the guy on Facebook who posted about his early guide contact test run and had gotten a swag package from Rivian is complaining that he hasn't been contacted by a guide yet and lamenting in regard to Rivian's communication in general (his config: El Cap Granite; black interior; order...
This seems to have been the case and there were people on Facebook who indicated they were contacted as well. If I recall, configurations included blue with white interiors and some white with white interiors. I think they had 20" AT and the offroad upgrade. All in the same locations as the...
I saw that the lightning will have a full size spare as standard equipment. It would have been nice if Rivian had at least added it into the offroad upgrade when they shifted the air compressor to standard.
Location definitely for now until more service centers are readied. I think we will learn more on how color plays into priority in the coming weeks as more customers are contacted by guides. I would imagine they will be doing builds of several combinations to have vehicles ready for the August...
Congrats! I'm 1307 (R1T LE) and a bit north of Portland and hoping to initially be lumped in to be covered by the Seattle service center until Portland has one. No contact for me yet though.
No idea what the price will actually be. 1500 is what appeared associated with the accessory ID corresponding to the gear shuttle when it was present in the site data before they removed it so likely but not definitive.
No, it just stood out as odd. I think it may be an attribute that was supplanted later. The 300+ and 400+ values are associated with the battery options in the data. If we could get some EPA numbers, I wouldn't have to irresponsibly speculate from bits of code.
Speaking of the configurator, I took a look under the hood to see if there were any changes of note (didn't see any). I did notice something I had overlooked before. There is an attribute within the R1T "definition" that seems odd:
"range"...
