Yes strange. If it has a charge you should have the option to move it to somewhere that doesn’t cause an inconvenience or even drive it to a service center.

The support employee told me to manually close the charge door as part of the troubleshooting to no effect. I found it impossible to manually open afterwards.

Disaster has struck. I had R1S level 2 charging in Lot 4 overnight. After taking plug out car did not recognize that plug was removed. Charge door would not close and cannot drive it. Two chats with support and lots of troubleshooting and now Rivian is going to tow to Bellevue.

That is too cheap and obviously prone to error. Rivian should be doing better.

Certainly doesn’t read signs. Rivian gets most of Seattle wrong.

I agree with OP. Ride is great at higher speeds and during cornering. I am disappointed with the less than 30mph straight line ride. It feels jiggly on Seattle’s crappy city streets. I was expecting an air suspension in Soft to be better.
