No mortgage company wants to see any credit inquiries or changes after an offer is made before the clear to close. It likely wouldn't detail anything, but not worth the risk.
Well financing is like step 3 is the problem. Not sure how long it takes to get there but I’ve heard of a lot of folks insuring and paying for their car long before they ever took delivery.
Long story short I am closing on a house 10/25. I was really hoping I wouldn’t get any delivery until then but of course I got my email saying I can start the steps and my guide assigned. I actually sort of need he truck now as I need something that can tow BUT I can’t do anything that will...
Come to the east coast. Genuinely they're always at least half out of order. Lots of YouTube vids out there complaining about it.
I would agree though, the model S is the only tolerable Tesla (we have two). If it wasn't for it being electric it would more or less be junk. Lots of build issues...
Consider yourself lucky. EA chargers tend to be about 50% out of order in my experience with my Mach-E and I-Pace. Often quite a ways off the highway, charging quite a bit slower then advertised. Unfortunately the charge network is about 50% of the entire reason to buy a Tesla in the first...
That’s not half bad. Mostly flat near you? I tend to get 280-290 out of my p100d. So that’s close.
I also went for full efficiency in the wheels and no Offroad pack. It’s a 6k lb truck with effectively three lockers. Street tires are fine.
Good info, thanks. About what I figured. 240-260 miles from 100%. Gonna make my annual 2400 mile road trip take a while. Ah well.
I had a max pack reserved but I think thats vaporware. Changed to large and got guide contact two weeks later.
Yep, totally agreed. I've had several ev's and generally can still settle around 75-80 (usually at 78) to still get efficient numbers. For example my P100D will do as good as 3.5 mi/kw from 75-80 once everything is warm. Generally my speeding is more about being able to drive lazily in the...
Lots of typical posts of people going speed limit or close to it getting great mi/kwh. But I'm curious what people get for efficiency going 80ish mph; my standard road trip cruise control setting.
I have been getting my hopes up as I am starting to see a lot of Rivians locally but I am wondering if folks are getting them from Rivian directly or buying from auction sites?
The reason I ask is that I am now in need of a tow rig and I am hoping the R1T I ordered 11/21 might show up...
I think it's the wind that kills efficiency with a bike in the back, not weight. I've done some big road trips in ice trucks with either a motorcycle in the back or something so stupid as a hitch bicycle rack with a few bikes on it and I notice a 5-7mpg loss @ 80mph. One time I pulled the...
Just for kicks I made this switch as well because I am trying to consolidate cars for a smaller driveway so I would like a daily driver that can tow... in fact I ordered a Grand Cherokee 4xe because it seemed like my rivian is going to be years out. I would love the Max Pack for road trips, but...
Yeah that isn't accurate unfortunately. That thing does around 1.9 in all the reviews I have seen. My S P100D, 85D, or Mustang Mach-E couldn't touch 3.45. The Mach-E got the closest at 3.33 and change sometimes.
