Good way to cut down that MSRP if that becomes a tax incentive/credit issue. If Rivian is smart, they will throw you a discount "at time of purchase" so that you can scrape that Camp Kitchen off your order, but add it on as a "dealer installed" option at pick up without paying the normal markup...

Any one know how the Tesla increases worked? That is, if you dropped your cash on a reservation, and the price shifted, did people get the original price, or the ne price when they went to pick up the car? I'm genuinely curious (since Tesla has had multiple price increase this year).

I wouldn't expect them to offer factory tow mirrors, the aero impact will be devastating to your range. I'm assuming they are willing to bet (and used when doing their own towing) that the multitude of cameras on board will make up for, or in some cases, be vastly better than, big ass tow...
