Want to make sure I understand what you're saying. Was the recalibration fee of $1000 covered bc it's a required part of replacing the windshield, for which there's zero deductible? Or are you saying that the glass/install was covered, but you were still $1k out of pocket?

Yup definitely thinking about this especially if the glass can't be swapped at home as it could with all my other prior vehicles. I suppose sooner or later it will be but don't want to deal with stays at the SC.

You cannot. This was confirmed to me twice, by my guide, and by someone called a "Lead Field Specialist, Delivery and Mobile Operations." And when I expressed frustration about this here on the site, and rightly pointed out that a sale at price $X was the exact same thing for Rivian as a lease...

You know what else is a heck of a thing? Corporate finance and accounting. Too bad Rivian doesn't seem especially well versed.
