Will shops patch a tire that has sealant in it? Spoke to my local shop and they will patch and plug for $45. But they don't have the pucks so I need to take the wheel off and take it to them. :(

There is no Discount Tire in my area. I can plug it myself but maybe not worth the time and effort if I can find a shop to do it for $20-30.
