12V battery replacement AGAIN after ~1.5 years? Normal?

Just had mine replaced for the 2nd time (third set of batteries) for my 2022 R1T. Service center said replacement every 2 1/2 years is about "normal". Rivian did the first replacement free, but I did have to pay this time.

Replacement by Rivian should come with a 2yr warranty

So, having gone through 4 (count ’em) 4 12 volt batteries since 3/2023 I was told I had to pay for the 4th battery despite the fact that it was three days shy of 24 mos useage. Do I now have a 24 mos/24K warranty? Rivian did not volunteer this information when presented with invoice.

Yep. Read the fine print on your invoice. It's there.
