Gen 1 R1T Quad. Just downloaded the update and experiencing an annoying bug. If I start the truck and go into reverse, the back up cam starts up as expected. Then when I shift into drive, a frozen still image stays on the infotainment screen. I can’t access the nav, can’t change audio, can’t do anything on the screen.
First time it happened, I needed the nav (didn’t know where I was going) so I had to pull over turn off the car, get out, lock the doors, and start over.)
It’s subsequently happened every time, but I’ve learned that the screen will eventually “wake up” and allow me to access other functions.
Anyone else? Is there a quick fix or do I need to open a service ticket?
