I received the .32 update this afternoon around 5pm PT. Opted to install right away and after over an hour it failed. Received a request to I contact Service Center.
They were able to quickly diagnose that it only completed step 2 of 6. They pushed the software package again and contacted me 30min later to manually install via the vehicle, not the app. About an hour later, I received a message from Rivian app and the Service Center that it was successful…
